Agronomic Evaluation
An in-depth evaluation of the golf course agronomics, conditioning, and playability. This will be an all-encompassing evaluation and review which will include, however will not be limited to pesticide programs, cultural programs, staffing, team building, operating budget, capital budget, equipment, professional development, testing implementation & review, operational efficiencies, tree review, etc.
Annual/Seasonal Relationship
Develop an intimate working relationship with the superintendent/club throughout a golf season or calendar year, working to achieve a high standard of agronomics, conditioning, and playability. This would Include the full suite of all advisory and consulting services with a cadence of frequent, consistent visits and communication. The most comprehensive, relationship based advisory offering in the industry.
Project Consultation
Provide full suite of support services including, but not limited to meeting attendance, planning, scheduling, specification development, scope development, custom document/spreadsheet template creation, material selection, bid process management, contract negotiation, budget development & tracking, general management, site visits, quality control program development and execution, restoration, club communication, project reporting, etc.
Championship/Tournament Consultation
Provide a multitude of proven support services including, however not limited to multi-year agronomic preparation, conditioning expertise, contract negotiation, club representation, volunteer logistics, corporate fundraising, scope/budget planning, restoration services, etc.
Corporate Consultation
Provide marketing, access to industry contacts, industry specific initiative development & execution, R&D support, brand recognition, agronomic program development, event attendance, client acquisition, establishing industry legitimacy, etc.
Speaking Engagements & Seminars
Ability to present and discuss a wide variety of agronomic, operational, leadership, and business-related topics to diverse audiences in a multitude of formats. Our focus is on a custom approach with an emphasis on the target audience to provide education, enjoyment, and enhance attendance.
Site Visits
Meet with the golf course superintendent and related personnel to review, evaluate,and analyze various agronomic and/or operational items as deemed appropriate. Available in half day, full day, and custom schedule allotments to achieve client’s goals and objectives. Provides a cost-effective means to acquire consulting and advisory services on a multitude of items in an efficient manner.
Virtual Consulting
Work with Agronomic Advisors to build a baseline of knowledge and develop a regular schedule of virtual calls to review and discuss all aspects of the client’s operation. From weekly applications, capital forecasting, project execution, communication pieces, and everything in between; this relationship positions Agronomic Advisors as an accessible, trusted resource to the superintendent for all aspects of daily agronomics and operations.
